A seasoned government contracts attorney and former AmLaw 150 partner, Josh Duvall is an industry-recognized expert in government procurement law, particularly in bid protest litigation, small business issues, cyber, and complex regulatory compliance. Josh is a space and defense tech enthusiast whose legal practice covers the full spectrum of government contracts matters. He has extensive experience litigating bid protests before the Government Accountability Office, Court of Federal Claims, and Federal Circuit, and has represented small businesses in size and status protests before SBA and appeals before the OHA. A recognized thought leader, he routinely advises on cyber compliance (NIST 800-171, CMMC), FAR/DFARS requirements, mandatory disclosures, contract negotiation, M&A and novations, supply chain issues, IP and data rights, grants, ethics, conflicts of interest, and national security matters.
